Hexagon Game Labs GmbH may contact you to review and evaluate this game or all included online features prior to commercial release for the purpose of identifying program errors. You will be asked to provide to Hexagon Game Labs GmbH (and to Hexagon Game Labs GmbH only) certain feedback and suggestions regarding your experiences while reviewing and evaluating this game. This process is known as a "Closed Beta Test."
In connection with the Closed Beta Test, Hexagon Game Labs GmbH may provide you, on a temporary basis, a pre-release access to a game and feature on the Hexagon Game Labs GmbH website. You understand and agree that the pre-release copy and all other materials provided to you are confidential or proprietary information of Hexagon Game Labs GmbH. You agree as a condition of participating in a Closed Beta Test to (i) not copy or reproduce the pre-release copy and confidential or proprietary information, (ii) safeguard the pre-release copy and confidential and proprietary information and prevent unauthorized access to, reproduction of, disclosure of and/or unauthorized use of, the pre-release copy and confidential and proprietary information, and (iii) fully comply with the terms and conditions of the Non Disclosure Agreement.
You will carry out the testing personally and must not provide access to pre-release materials to any other person. You agree that breach of the above obligations will result in an immediate end of joining the Closed Beta Test. Your obligation to keep the beta game confidential will continue until Hexagon Game Labs GmbH publicly distributes, or has otherwise disclosed to the public through no fault of yours, the game and the content that you are testing.
Upon request, you agree to immediately return to Hexagon Game Labs GmbH all copies of the pre-release copy and confidential or proprietary information Hexagon Game Labs GmbH provided to you or - if asked so - delete such copies and confirm the entire deletion.
As a Tester, you are invited to play this beta game for the sole purpose of evaluating the game and identifying errors. Nothing in these guidelines, or on this site, shall be construed as granting you any rights or privileges of any kind with respect to the beta game or content that you find here. The beta game is provided for testing on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we make no warranty to you of any kind, express or implied. The game may be "buggy" and the service may be less available then set forth in the User Agreement.
When playing this beta game, you may accumulate treasure, experience points, equipment, or other value or status indicators. This data may be reset at any time during the testing process, and it may be reset when the particular game completes a testing phase. In this case, all player history and data will be erased and each player will return to novice status.
By starting this beta game, you agree that: (i) playing this beta game is at your own risk and you know that the game may include known or unknown bugs, (ii) any value or status indicators that you achieve through game play may be erased at any time and (iii) as it is a closed beta test, you will keep all information about the beta game confidential as stated above and not disclose such information to any other person.
Closed Beta Test accounts are non-transferable under any circumstances.
Please note, that the User Agreement www.SteamPower1830.com/SteamPower1830_TermsOfService.html does apply to the Beta Test of SteamPower1830 as well, unless this agreement or the purpose of the Beta Test leads to a different rule. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and the User Agreement, the applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail. All terms and conditions of the User Agreement that are not altered herein or not applicable by the nature of Beta Testing shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
